Alaska Property Group is a UK property company founded by Alan Hay in 1992 in the Alaska Factory in Bermondsey, London. The stunning Art Deco multi-storey factory had been designed in 1934 by Wallis Gilbert & Partners. It was used in the manufacture of products made from sealskin, imported from Alaska and Canada, before conversion into offices.
Alaska develops mainly commercial property in UK. Alan was joined by Chris Clayton in 1996 and the company opened an office in Shrewsbury.
More than 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space has been developed.
